 1) Area Sales Executive (5 positions)
|
|
|
Job Responsibilities
- Explore new markets, identify and develop new accounts
- To promote and secure orders for company’s range of products
- Building and strengthen good rapport with customers
- To meet monthly sales target
- Ability to conduct sales presentation and close sales
- Follow up on sales leads, referrals and making regular sales/cold calls on potential customers
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Biotechnology/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry/Biology or any other related discipline
- Possess valid driving license and own transport
- Min 1-2 years working experience
- Willing to travel extensively
- Self motivated
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and persuasion skills are essential

3) Order Processing Executive (3 positions)
|
|
|
Job Responsibilities
- Process customer’s order (via fax / phone / email or walk in).
- Input all Purchase Orders into the system within the same working day
- Ensure the accuracy of all purchase orders processed
Requirement
- Diploma in Bus Admin / Operation Management
- Min 2 years working experience
- Analytical thinking
- Customer Service Oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential
- Able to work with high volumes and meet tight deadlines

4) Assistant Service Coordinator cum Receptionist (1 position)
|
|
|
Job Responsibilities
- Typing quotation for Service Engineers
- To handle incoming repairs from customer (log-in) for service engineers
- To process purchase orders for service engineers
- To process purchase orders for service engineers
Requirement
- Diploma in operations management or related field
- Min 1-2 years working experience in customer service related industry
- Customer service oriented
- Able to work with high volumes and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to type
- Computer literate

LIFE SCIENCE DIVISION
|
|
|
|
5) Customer Service Executive (1 position)
|
|
|
Job Responsibilities
- Telemarketing
- Prepare quotation for sales team
- Assisting sales team in marketing promotions, exhibitions, seminar, etc
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in any Science Discipline
- Min 3-4 years working experience in customer service related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers
- Customer service oriented
- Able to work with high volumes and meet tight deadlines
- Self motivated

6) Service Engineer (2 positions)
|
|
|
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct after-sales product installation and testing
- Preventive Maintenance and level 1 escalate service support
Requirement
- Preferably a Diploma in Electronic / Electrical Engineering
- STPM science background would be an advantage though not essential
- Applicants must be willing to cope with extensive traveling when necessary
- Resourceful and result oriented
- Independent and customer service oriented
- Applicants should have valid driving license and possess a car.
